A fully automated, PLC-controlled blending and injection unit built for the demanding needs of oil and gas drilling. DCIS precisely injects chemicals based on real-time flow rates, using a proprietary mixing chamber that hydrates Friction Reducers, Xanthan and Guar Slurries, Polymers, and more.

The system includes VPN and cloud access for remote control, with real-time data push/pull functionality.
